just go online and sign up. I don't use app or phon. Just computer. It is easy, and payments are credited right away, or even in advance if you like. I have had one glitch with synchrony.  But I don't often have a balance so don't deal with them much. But they are helpful if you call

Only use my crdit card.  I have never used their card or by some other means of payment.  I just simply pay my credit card back online.
