Do you think the guns will ever be found,he used? And has anyone heard if there was a time line between the killings, and him going to his mother place?

You know---don't know what rock I have been under--but never knew about this case until he took the stand---and then got hooked----and listening to him and watching him--I knew something was up--not sure I will want to drive into the whole thing but I can see a movie in the future-----he is a snake!!!

If his defence didn't have a jury consultant, they should have. The man who was on the jury and was interviewed would have voted guilty no matter evidence what was presented.
There will be an appeal and, because of the fraud charges that were allowed in, likely will be granted.

I read an article quite a while ago that the family has a long history in the area in whcih they live. A powerful family and you don't cross them......I would imagine this type of situation causes a lot of hard feelings among the populace so I'm not surprised at the verdict or that it took such a short time for the jury to reach it. I do feel sorry for the remaining son and hope he makes his life turn out differently from that of his father.

No. To be clear, this is pure speculation on my part, but I think the guns were spirited out of Almeda (parents house) by the brother.
The brother who tends to mysteriously, miraculously show up at every crime scene.
This was the brother who tesitfied, and like Alex, none of it was believable.

@goldensrbest Almeda is 15 to 20 minutes away from Moselle.

@goldensrbest @jackiejenny ...There is also approximately a 10 minute timeline between the time when Alex left the kennels and the time of the murders.
When Alex got to his mother's house, it was about six minutes before he entered the house...He only stayed about 20 minutes but told his mother's caregiver that, if anyone questions her, she is to tell them that he was there for about 40 minutes.

Yes, the defense has already gone on record saying they will file an appeal in 10 days. That's just standard procedure, but most ofthe legal eagle minds believe it will be denied at both the state and federal level.

Judge Newman was VERY mindful of a potential appeal when he let all of the fraud evidence in, but he knew it was part and parcel of the murders.
