I thought it was the buyer who paid for the inspection. My daughter paid $600 to have the house she bought inspected. If it did not get the full approval from the inspector she was allowed a certain amount of time to back out of the deal or to ask the seller to make cetain improvements before the deal closed. Are you offering a warranty with the house??.

Yes, the buyer did pay for the inspection and I didn't offer any type of warranty. I pretty much sold house as is but did fix the small things they found during inspection.
