Kohls also gives you a coupon to shop in their store. It's usually a 25% off coupon which I always use.

i occasionally choose kohls for drop off. it is nice that they give you a coupon to use.

i generally use the UPS STORE because it is even more convenient. drop, scan, get receipt, out the door. no paperwork, no box, no label......just use the barcode on my phone to return.

@Mom2Dogs

Okay, I take my returns to Kohl's or a UPS store.

The UPS store did it all for me. I had no label or packaging for my item. Amazon sent me a QR code that we showed UPS and that was it. I got credited for a toaster (it was defective) that same day.

If they truly do not have a hand scanner and printer at the counter (and are you certain they don't?) then you might have to take it to either a UPS storefront or a post office.

I have a UPS store near me and I take my returns there, unlabelled, show them the email from QVC with the code, they scan it and the label is on the package in less time than it took me to type this.

That's the truth. Bam, bam, bam and I am outta there. Can't believe it. No box, no bag, just the product. I ONLY go to UPS for my returns.

Amazon sends you an email with the barcode. Show it to the person at UPS. They'll print it.

@Mom2Dogs  I always return in person ready to go to my UPS. I go through completing the return process online at amaz, and if I don't get to print my own return label I call amazon and ask a rep to send me an email return label. They are very helpful and accomodating. I refuse to drop off my goods at UPS to count on them to box up my stuff properly and send it off. They don't do this in front of me.

I tried way back when to return at a local kohl's and it did not go correctly at all. I immediately called amazon about it and they made note on my accnt about it as well refunded me immediately. They did get my pkg eventually. Never again, I mail my own returns wherever always.

When I know the UPS store might be busy, I print the QR code on my printer, and just hand it to them with the item I'm returning rather than fiddling with the phone.  So they scan the print and toss it.

@Scooby Doo ....CVS is a UPS drop off location..it has nothing to do with AMAZON.....that is why there is a issue when you don't get a label for the package.
