Re: Quest, Blood Testing Provider, Security Breach

Geez it’s truly not safe anywhere, anyhow, anyway. Our privacy as we knew it is just gone.

Re: Quest, Blood Testing Provider, Security Breach

The people that work there use people's personal info - it is all available in their system.  That is how I think they got me.

I have multiple identity monitoring services, fraud alerts, credit bureau freezes and an IRS pin.  Not much more I can do but at least when these stories come out I know I've done it all.

Re: Quest, Blood Testing Provider, Security Breach

I have always had problems with Quest...and when I was with Aetna that is the only lab they covered....am with Humana now and they dropped labcorp and now are also with Quest. My former pcp had all their lab work done in a lab that four offices shared. I don’t know if I was at Quest between those dates...will have to go back and check.

I, too, am contracted to use Quest due to my insurance company. Now I get to worry about THIS????

Great.

The very least Quest can do is to offer free credit reporting for a year to their customers.
