Thanks @Mersha for posting.  She had such a beautiful smile.  It's so hard to believe that she did an engagement with the new prime minister a couple of days before her passing.  I'm sure her doctors knew that the purple discoloration on her hand that is visible in the photo is a sign that her body was shutting down.  Skin is an organ just like the heart and kidneys.  It's interesting that she chose not to wear gloves, which she usually did.

Thank you @Mersha! When I see the second picture I am in awe of how she is standing there welcoming the new prime minister with a beautiful smile on her face. Hard to believe two days later she left us all forever.
