QVC shippinf

Frliday I ordered something from Amazon, got it today, I have Prime.

On the 22nd of July an item was shipped from the Q, one of Valerie Parhills, today is the 30th and still have not received it , 9 days and I paid for shipping and Handling and TX. No shipping charge or tx Amazon and much better Customer Service.
