QVC Customer Service is great. Never a bad experience in about 35 years of shopping at QVC and today was no exception. She probably won't see this, but just in case, THANK YOU, AMANDA!

I'm sure CS gets a lot of complaints this time of year. It's refreshing to see a positive comment. I wonder if you post this to the feedback link it would get the attention of someone to pass it on.
