For a long time, there would be daily multiple threads about the horrible processing and shipping time that most of us experienced at one time or another.

However, I would like to give credit where credit is due.

QVC has significantly improved in that area, and I wanted to acknowledge that.

@Pezzie.  Thanks for mentioning this.  You're right, shipping has improved immeasurably.  There will still be occasional unavoidable snafus, such as the Panama Canal situation, but over-all things are approaching perfection.

I agree that the majority of deliveries have improved. Today I recieved  a order placed on 8/22, shipped on 8/25.  I'm still waiting for a dooney bag ordered on the free shipping day but it hasn't been shipped yet.

I tend to agree. I ordered several clothing items last Saturday on free shipping day and they were delivered today...four days from order to arrival. And I live in the boonies! I haven't ordered clothes in a good while but it seems previously they took forever to get to me. But not this time!!!

@Pezzie, I have to agree. For awhile, if I was in any kind of a hurry to receive an item, there was no way I was getting it here. I have ordered a handful of items in the last month or two (more than my usual as they've had some good things at good prices lately) and they have done a very good job of getting them sent out to me. This is a huge improvement. Good job, QVC!
