OK, good to know. Since this was my first return, I thought UPS would always be an option. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket--LOL!!!

Our local UPS store used to accept USPS packages to mail because USPS came there every day to pick up. UPS will not do that any longer. Also, Amazon advises that UPS will take their returns and you don't even have to package it. UPS told me they no longer do that either and weren't very nice about it. Amazon still advertises that UPS will package return, but they won't. ETA that they used to accept USPS packages if they were prepaid, which they are.

@kaydee50 Thank you for your quick response. I think now on I will use the ups return label since ups is just a couple of miles from me. At least I won't have to wait to see the order under order details show "returned", crossing my fingers!

Maybe QVC had her use UPS because of the size & weight of the package (since a bulky winter jacket).

I think they have been doing a good job for months now-really got it together after Covid and Fire-I've been happy with my shipping and returns
