WOW!  I'm impressed.  I rarely return anything I've purchased from here but decided to return an Arctic Expedition jacket.  Since the jacket was well over $100, I had put it on easy pay, something else I rarely do.

Using QVC's return label, which I printed out at home, I brought the jacket to UPS yesterday.  Just now I received an email saying they have processed my refund!

Way to go, QVC!!!  Maybe I'll buy more from you in the future--LOL!!!

One of the reasons your return refund was so swift was because UPS delivered it.

Slow as snails, Newgistics, returns when packages are sent through the post office.

@kaydee50   Just curious.  Did you have to pay UPS upfront?   How much were you charged to return UPS?  Thinking about doing this in the future on my returns.  Returning USPS can take weeks if not months.  Chat room will refund me after two days as long as I use the return label I print on the website but I also want to see under order status the item being returned as well.

A few weeks ago I started a return online and printed out label. Took to USPS and got the same message that my return was processed. Only two problems with that. It also said that if the return didn't show on my next two statements I was advised to contact them. Also, I requested an exchange on both items in different size. Those items are still in stock but they have not processed my reorder yet and probably won't. They never do. So, that is two items that they won't be selling. Not going to reorder and then go through hassle of explaining it is an exchange and trying to get my postage reversed.

You're lucky! I always have to call to get my refunds or it can take up to a month or more.

Agreed! Exchange process is a joke. They don't even read return slip to see if it's an exchange, it's automatically returned, fees deductible, even though I wanted a different size or color.

QVC has not yet received the item.  In fact, they urged me to return ASAP or they would have to do another easy pay charge.

I just followed the return procedure giving them all the info.

I used QVC's return label which was a UPS label.  I will be charged the return postage, which is $8.95.  The jacket was heavy and I'm sure if I had returned it on my own it would have been a lot more.

@kaydee50  - Q's return labels have always been USPS.  I'm surprised it was UPS for you.
