All of that or most of it assumes the customers have a PC and a printer.  It is not a good marketing idea from QVC.

Re: QVC Not Printing Return Labels Anymore

Gee I recently received a shirt that was shipped on April 18, and what about the return label?

INCLUDED!! 🤜 🤛

Looks like I received some makeup that was shipped on April 15, and what about the return label?

INCLUDED!! 🤜 🤛

So I think I will continue to shop QVC.

And if I get surprised and QVC actually does discontinue including return labels (come to think of it I suppose it is a bit wasteful to always include them), I can easily get a print out at my neighborhood UPS store.  I can show up there and send the label to the clerk utilizing my cellphone.  The clerk will be very helpful generating the printout for me.  Then I can go grocery shopping right next door or get my hair cut or get a cup of coffee -- all in the same block as the UPS store.  Gee what an inconvenience🙄

Oh, I forgot to add it will probably cost ~$0.20 at UPS for the printout and I might need to carry a glue stick with me if I want to continue on to the post office with my labeled package.  That sounds like a bargain, and I will get to enjoy interacting with the people I meet along the way.  YMMV.

Just one shopper's perspective and I would encourage everyone to find ways to make the most of their options. 😎

Well, because of NO RETURN Labels I am not shopping with then anylonger,, They have changed sooooo much since they merged with HSN.. So not fair to their loyal customers.. They used to be the best place to shop...well not anylonger...

You can always call QVC Customer Service and they will snail mail you a label, I have done this because I like to use USPS Schedule A Pickup and once I get the Return Label I have USPS pick it up from my front door....no long lines at the post office and for a lot of things that $6.95 return label is cheaper than what USPS charges....

These days LOTS of people dont have printers, so I call and have them snail mail me a label. The return still gets back to QVC on time too, once I have the label I use USPS Schedule A Pickup from my home.....QVC pays for the snail mail....of course in the end its all of us customers that do that....but its better than wasting my gas (and gas is expensive and my Post Office isnt close to my home) and I also save the time going all the way to the post office and standing in a LONG line to have USPS return it for me....

Well, that just sealed the deal between me and QVC. I won't be purchasing anything more from them.  My most recent purchase needs to go back but like you mentioned there is no return label or packing slip.  Why make it so difficult for your customers?  I have a wireless printer that's kind of hit or miss.  Right now she's decided she doesn't want to print anything for the last week, so I guess I'm stuck with something I'm not thrilled with. I shouldn't have to figure out a way to get this junk back to QVC.

You can print a return lable online or call CS and they will email one to you.  They will also mail you a return label and edit your account to say you are returning the item.

Re: QVC Not Printing Return Labels Anymore

At some point i just got sick of the return label thing ... too expensive and could they process the returns any more slowly?  Good grief!

I rarely order anything from the Q that weighs over 5-6 ounces (I buy mostly jewelry) and if it needs returning, I print a First Class label with tracking off Paypal.

Just for the heck of it, Ion my last return,  sent it to the warehouse near me, which is Ontario, CA.  Following the tracking, my return had been processed and refund issued in less than 24 hours!

How do you beat both faster AND cheaper when it comes to returning merchandise?
