A lot of people on here are assuming that QVC is laying people off due to poor sales. Quite the contrary!! Their sales in just the food category are up 60% since COVID-19 started. Its probably the usual suspects, the corporate dummies, who like to make changes based on business growth theories rather than common sense.

As the parent of a school age kid, if it was financially possible for me to leave my job right now, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Everything about this school year is up in the air and every option is stressful. Some of the people who left maybe jumped at the opportunity to go.

@rolltideroll2008. I understand the anxiety of parents having school age kids and not knowing what was going on. But if I had a decent paying job that I loved, the last thing I would do is quit, even if I could afford to do so.

This is heart-breaking! I feel sick whenever I find out more information like this, that affects others in this economy. I feel absolutely horrible for them.

Whenever someone else is affected, we're all affected. 

I'm not on Facebook, as I'm sure others aren't either, so that some of us probably wouldn't be aware of this information.
