I remember the trolls but I don't take them seriously. I can scroll on by. Why would the forums be closed anyway? We celebrated on Christmas eve so today is a day of rest after all of the hustle bustle is over. I'm sure many did the same as us or don't celebrate at all so that makes no sense to close these boards.

Hope you're all enjoying a day of celebrating or enjoying a day of rest. It's quite cold here today but no snow.

From a genuine pearl wearer since I got my first decent job and could afford them. I had no idea wearing them said so much about my character. Many thanks! I will wear them even more proudly now. Pearl earrings too. . .

I could be wrong, but are you really not familiar with that expression. Pearls and the wearing of pearls have nothing to do with the meaning. Why don't you google it before you snark all over me ? Maybe I should have said chill out, would that have been clearer? I don't know why I waste my time responding to this nonsense on Christmas Day.

Why would the forums be closed? I think, only because a small handful of posters have continuously insisted it was necessary.

They must be so disappointed there was no chaos and hysteria this year, that their predictions/hopes for disaster came to nothing, and now they have to pretend they’re happy it didn’t happen, when they actually hoped it would so they could be “right.”

This board isn't directly related to Qvc programming, there are posters who never even watch Qvc and others rarely watch. Why would you hope they close the board when all you have to do is not log on...that would keep you safe from those scary trolls.
