Dont like a thread topic ----you can always skip it. The Moderators do a good job enforcing The Forum Guidelines and removing threads/posts that dont adhere to them.
QVC themselves ASKS for customer input---"We strive to continually improve your experience with QVC and appreciate your suggestions. We encourage you to visit often and participate. Ask your toughest questions and if you find a solution that works, let others know and pass on your own tips and insights. "
QVC sales and revenues have continued to DECLINE over the last several years and have now reached double digits. Customers turning the channel doesn't help this downward trend. Qurate can certainly use any suggestions it can get. The Forms are a source much like some companies use Surveys for customer feedback (and QVC sales declines occurred long before the pandemic, inflation, supply chain issues, and slow deliveries)
