I just replied to Alice the moderator on @roxxy1 's post "Attention Mods"

that there is nowhere to sign out of your account like always! I was signed out of the forums but could not sign out of my "account"!

I was going to check everything and then sign out after reading about all the "glitches."

Alice replied she did not know what was happening and to send her a screen shot of it at the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

So I just did.

@on the bay  thanks.  I emailed them too.  I can't be the only one this is happening to.

We need to be vigilant with our bank accounts now more than ever.  UGH  so frustrating.

I removed my two CC's that I use here since I had no pending orders.

I do have a couple of easypays on them, but I'll wait till they get this mess taken care of.

I believe that since they already have the CC #'s for the easypays, they can still charge them, without the CC info being currently listed on their site.

I just don't trust the security here anymore. I've had identity theft both with CCs and IRS.

It was a real PITA to straighten out, especially IRS.

I'd rather re-enter my CC info if I choose to make a purchase in the future, which is looking more and more unlikely.

I never leave my cc or any payment methods in any account info online.

I was just looking at my account to make sure I was signed out.

If you go to your QVC account page,

see if you can sign out as usual.

It actually doesn't look the same.

Alice said the name should be in right hand corner with a little arrow. 

I know cause this is how I usually sign out. But it is not this way now and there is nowhere to sign out!

I can sign out of the forums but not account.

Everyone try it and see if it is happening to you too!

@on the bay  I could sign out.  But signing back in on the first try I got the usual unexpected error.

Thanks for the forewarning.  I am able to sign in and out of my account on the app and through the web, and also in and out of the forums.

Always good to double check, for sure.

On your account page was your name in upper right hand corner like usual?

Mine is not.

I just clicked on 'My Account' and there was no option to sign out on the 'landing' page, but once there, I hovered my cursor over 'My Account' and there was a 'log off' option there, so I did!

What a royal mess!
