@4kitties

What a wonderful experience you had!  And now, a wonderful memory.  I'd have love to have been that close.

I've seen JH twice before solo, but had seen the Moody Blues as a group maybe 15 years ago?  Maybe more.  I was still working and they were playing Consitution Hall in Washington, DC.  It was a wonderful evening hearing all the old songs.

I did not realize there was a tour group in the recent past.  Not familiar with the folks you mention, so will have to check it out.

In all honesty, I didn't know any of the group members "back in the day" with the exception of Justin.  He has been a secret love of mine for ages.  His youthful looks were perfection and quite dreamy.  They seemed to match the times and their music.

Having grown up near St. Louis, it was interesting to read that you saw him there at a Casino.  Was it South St. Louis?  I have a friend who used to frequent a casino in that area...so much so, that they gifted her a new Mercedes!  I think she must have been a "high roller" to get something like that.

Anyway, when/if I get to the concert, I'll post back.  His solo act is normally rather subdued, but no less enjoyable.

Re: QUESTION FOR DULWICH

River City Casino.  It is a newer one.  We have seen Justin there twice now.  We stay at their hotel and have been very happy there too.  I am thinking it opened in late 2015 or 2016 or so.

I truly love his solo concerts.  They are scaled back and more about his lyrics and voice.💕💕💕💕

We have also seen the Moodies several times too.  I am thinking they may be done with touring as a group now though.😢😢😢

Exited to add:  You asked if it is south St Louis, and yes I think it is.

@Witchy Woman  OMG Justin Hayward. ❤❤❤❤

I've been to too-many-to-count MB concerts and one Justin solo tour when I met him (very briefly) afterwards and shook his hand (as I've posted here before). I didn't know he was touring so looked up his tour schedule after reading your post.  Two concerts are in do-able driving distance but only seats left are terrible ones as far from stage as I could be. Not going but wish I'd known 1st day of ticket sale. Let us know how it is. He has aged very well, hubba hubba!

ETA. The venue where I saw JH solo was so small that he started off the concert by saying "This is what it's like when I play to friends in my living room."  And I was in the 2nd row!

@candyagain  😊 awww you are sweet. It is @dulwich  who is the really interesting person, working with all those famous rock groups! Seeing them in clubs in London! How I envy her life!  And I suspect she has a very cool accent too. "Tea and scones, luv?"

@Pearlee   My accent is totally London but when needed can become 'upper crusty' much to the hilarity of my mates in London dahling!   Lol.
