I am REALLY ENJOYING Patrick, the London rep for Quacker Factory. Sorry Angel is sick, but he is a very refreshing change for me. Hope he stays around for a while. He seems to be very knowledgeable, and explains it well. And he's not giving us all the needless chatter about everything but the product. Love his explanation about the "short" as opposed to "petite". That makes good sense to me - 5'1", but don't feel like a petite.
