Q shipping problems...

In the past month or so I have been very happy to have had my purchases much faster then it has been for so long. Usually shipped in a day or two and here to California in five or six days. Anybody else? Now if I could get my refunds in less then two months I would be elated.

I ordered a Stan Herman bathrobe on July 20. Received it today from PA. I'm in Chicago. AND there was a return shipping label included which I don't need since I love the bathrobe!

I've not had problems getting items but trying to return is now a huge hassel as QVC no longer sends return labels. Getting the label sent takes forever!! This is the final nail in the coffin for me. I'm done with QVC and I've been a customer for over 20-years.

The only order I have gotten that came without a receipt and return label was an auto-delivery that came directly from the vendor. Usually even my AD's have had that info included.

I detest making returns and have been fortunate not to need many. I just ordered an SG top in a new size. Really hope it fits!

ETA: Just tracked that top - first time ever UPS has sent it to Texas. Usually, I could draw almost a straight north to south line until orders are within 10 miles of my home. Estimated delivery has always been early next week. No change in that yet, but UPS has been slower than USPS recently for me, and so who knows.

My last batch of orders, four items, came yesterday delivered by UPS. For some reason they were shipped so they bypassed my nemesis, Tolleson, Az. and the Newgistics disaster there, so they zoomed right to Albuquerque. I got them about 5 days after they were ordered.

You do NOT have to wait for a refund for 2 mos!

Use the QVCeasyreturns.....you are credited in a couple DAYS!
