Now they are offering $60 to open a Q Card! I've been with QVC from the very beginning and didn't get anything but questioned when I opened my account! The way times are you'd think they'd reward customers who have stayed loyal as well!

I agree with you.

I don't have/want a QCard, but I think QVC should offer coupons and money off to ALL of their customers; not just new ones.

I understand the fact that QVC wants to offer an incentive to get more people to make purchases from them, but it would be nice for "old" customers to get some kind of incentive to STAY with them (especially after all of the shipping, advanced order, and quality issues they are having).  Most stores offer discounts, coupons, and money off with a certain amount in purchases.  QVC is one of the few places that only caters to new customers and it kind of stinks.

Yes, today is free shipping day.  That's wonderful, but most stores offer that to begin with.  It's certainly an incentive for everyone to buy, but I would like to see some kind of dollar amount off on a random day.

Just a few days ago I ordered an item from HSN.  When I checked out I found out I had five dollars in spenable cash...... The item already had free shipping so the five dollars off was nice......Don't recall that happening with QVC......

Last week I got a card from the Q for a $10 credit (whoopy yi yay) to be used something like the 23rd thru 26th or 28th of this month. I tossed it out knowing I wouldn't be using it.

Lots of complaints today @Imadickens  !

I recently was in Macy's and NEW credit card customers were offered a large promo....and it clearly said NEW only.  I closed my card w/ them ages ago and did NOT qualify.

You need to understand the marketing techniques used by retailers and vendors.  It is designed to draw new customers, new traffic, new sales.

While I agree it would be nice for us 'oldies' to receive perks, that is not what this campagined is designed to do.

That’s for sure. However, it’s us oldies, tried and true who keep their boat afloat. It wd be nice if every so often a credit of 5 or 10 dollars showed up in our accounts just because!
