Promo Code worked with Live Chat's Camille…

Sat. Night I set the DVR to record the RMS  eauty hour.  This afternoon I watched the program and ordered the 3 lip balm purchase.  At checkout I put in the promo code, first time to use one, and it didn't seem to take it.  Did the Live Chat thing and read the message back: finish the order because they didn't receive it.  

OK...went back and it did not take it but this time I typed to Live Chat the order number.  Camille finished the process and I got the discount.  Simple.  Pleasant.  Relief.
