I will only shop in here when its free shipping... I refuse to pay it. Who else is with me and only shops in here when its free shipping.. i had 2 things in my cart once and i waited.. i refused to pay 11 something in shipping. And there's nothing i need that bad that i can't wait.

It depends on how bad I want it and if the item is on a sale price. If it's a sale price and I know that I will really like it, I'm not going to let a few dollars stop me.

I'll buy what I want, if it's a good price that I'm willing to pay. Free shipping is nice, but it wouldn't stop me from purchasing, especially something I can't get elsewhere.

I do my research and then decide.

$3.50 isn't going to stop me from a fashion purchase. For the $5.50 items, I have to really want it or I look for it elsewhere or I wait. However, stock isn't that deep here it seems, so things can sell out quickly.
