When she did make the public announcement, chemo was a precautionary measure. 

The statement yesterday was she's still not out of the woods.

So which is it?  Not out of the woods seems a bit more serious than precautionary.

If you saw her in a headwrap,  it was either AI or someone photoshopped it.  Neither she nor Kensington Palace have said it was ovarian.  That was someone, just like you and me, speculating because that seems the most likely type.  My DIL had ovarian and hers was found in a similar way.  However, it could be appendiceal, ovarian, tubular, any number of things.

Statement on June 14th:

I think she deserves to keep her medical information private especially the type of cancer that she has. If the palace announced the type the Internet would be flooded with people offering advice and stories about people that they knew who suffered from this type of cancer, how horrible it was and that they eventually died from it. She and her children do not need this.

Not out of the woods yet could just mean not yet finished with chemo.

I just don't understand the need to know obsession some have with the type, source...of her cancer. It's ghoulish.

The illness announcement and doing preventative treatment was in March. The photo yesterday clearly shows her hair and at Trooping today with a lovely very full updoo. Why do we need to know the specific sort of cancer? That is as invasive as demanding to know someone's bank account balance. No one's business.

Kate looks lovely, albeit tired, in some of the pictures. If we didnt know she was undergoing chemo, we couldnt have guessed by her appearance today. Glad she was able to attend.

I think she looks absolutely wonderful! So happy to see her out and about for this important occasion. King Charles, on the other hand, does not look very hale and hardy, and I am sure his age does not help him bounce back as quickly from his cancer  treatment.  Am amazed how big the children are getting! Haven't seen many pics of them in awhile. Am just so happy thy were all able to be there for what is also the birthday celebration for Charles. I saw that Harry and Meghan were not invited. I would assume they would be much too muchof a distraction.
