One can’t get anymore entitled than being the HRH’s husband.
I’m really not concerned how kicka** strong his armored car is.
The fact a young lady got hurt & HER life will be affected
with no empathy from the offending party is inexcusable.
People are quick to blame cell phones/texting for today’s accidents but
I always try to counterpoint that ANY distracted driving is dangerous.
And this is the PERFECT case illustrating my opinion.
All distracted driving is dangerous.
And in this case, being 97 years old is the ‘distraction’.
I feel like there’s a large faction out there justifiying this entitled behavior.
Entitlement isn’t just 20-somethings.
Actually, she's HM.

Good catch.
Maybe it should be TOWWTBC.

As aside to the discussion I would like to recommend that those complaining that there was no reaching out to the woman that was injured to have a talk with your insurance agent/carrier about what not to do if you are involved in an accident. Then repeat the discussion with your attorney.

Hard to believe he was seen driving a few days after the crash....without a seatbelt....he had a brand new SUV like the one he had rolled in the crash....delivered the day after the crash....what a life. Thank goodness the baby in the other car was not hurt...I read that one of the women in the other car has an injured wrist and she is upset that the prince has not called to apologize......$$$

i have had an accident where i was at fault. someone hit me, BUT i was "dazzled by the sun" and lost my sight while turning. it was my fault. i did not hire an attorney, of course the insurance companies were involved, and yes, i did speak with the family of the woman that hit me to make sure she was doing well. they did take her to the hospital for observation. it was my fault and i knew it.

That is scary, sure hope that woman's relatives take control before she either kills herself or others on the road.

A week ago Monday, the 14th, outside of Pittsburgh, PA, a woman blinded by the sun, struck three children waiting for their school bus, killing one. She was in her 30s and no charges have been filed. The mother of the children ask that people leave the woman alone that it was an accident.

Of course other drivers will be blinded by the sun and have accidents. I honestly think that's not relevant to a 76 yr old person driving. That person does not have the same reflexes as a younger person and probably much worse eyesight. Apples and oranges.

It doesn't always end so well....a elderly couple in their 90's was stopped or stuck or stalled (nobody knows for sure) on the tracks...they just sat there...the old man got out and stood there...the train killed them both.
Prince Phillip shouldn't be driving anywhere at his age.
