So cute.  Starting to look more and more like what he might look like as an adult, if that makes sense (doesn't sound too grammatical, ha)....   Love the floppy English schoolboy haircut.

One day the Prince of Wales then the King of England.  Not to mention he will be one day the most eligible bachelor in the world.

It's a beautiful photo, but he shouldn't look like an adult he's a child. I'm sure they just wanted a more sophisticated portrait for some reason.
