okay - i'm an idiot - i dont watch the news

i do see clips on youtube so i knew about the canadian fires but didnt really pay any attention - when there are warnings about calif fires and all kinds of natural disruption....

i dont really smell it.... so when i smelt the smoke - i thought a new neighbor moved in and was smoking....

i was ticked off - on and off i would smell the smoke for the past few days

darn... he must work from home - bc it wafts through my window in the daytime

yesterday 5am - i smell the smoke 

really???? isnt that kind of early to start smoking

i went to the yard in the morning - zoe hung out

as the day went on - i saw the weird coloring and finally a light bulb

it is NOT the neighbor  - wildfires... got zoe indoors

she was not happy

today it is much much better - i'm still fighting aphids - i didnt know it would take 2 weeks of spraying every 3 days - i saw very few bc i thought one and done

so the 2nd time - i saw really a few and so i googled... 

just sprayed 1/2 hr ago

i brag a lot

i got aphids

i got a cat who looks at me at times with distain

i got extra weight which doesnt want to go away

i dink when we share stories - good and bad

food we have enjoy - pets - places and things we see or do

it makes this thread uplifting and fun

when we grumble - pancake and the like - we support one another

we are a community

ai lubs learning about stuff 

critters that roam ur area - yowsa

i learned about preds peonies here and got a few

i still want to try your southern tea - excpet it is not sold in stores by me

it is sold on amazon

i lubs hearing about ur canning and southern cooking - peaches by the bushel

never stop letting us know

i dont understand why ur friend lets u know 10 minutes beforehand

is chomping at the bit..for me to say what went on yesterday

Fist sis picked me up and we went back to pancakes house, chated for a short time then her neighbor came over...asd sis from St.Louis always drives

At the resturant..i order a glass of Dr.Pepper  and order a grilled cheese sandwich and steak fries from kids menu for a smaller portion of food.

uh then i saw they have coke so i had that for my refill glass.Food was good..but i gave my good sis  the fries i couldn't eat!

When done we went outside and sat in some chairs for a while  outside resturant...uh pancake then asked  about 10 mi. later if we were ready to leave???...

i uh...told her no  ... "she" wasn't the driver!!! The other 2 ladies laughed and told her the same thing!

She did laugh at us for ganging up on her for pay back...her not being in control over us

I did enjoy being with the ladies.

i waz good so i didn't need to have "my sam " for bail money...lol

i   saw one Upright small freezer on Wallmart website i kinda like as you mentioned just for me for  me  to stock up on the single freezer meals and a couple loves of bread,etc.  It was like $207.00 i think w/out taxes..free shipping tho.

I has two shelves and small basket on the bottom

But...I."think" i'll wait until closer to fall to order  as...i just paid both payments on real estate taxes and  next month my house insurance is due for a quarterly payment!

how wonderful and good fudz too

i think extra freezer space would be good for you

if someone goes to a place where you like the selections 

you can load up the freezer and shop less often

extra room for ice cream is always welcomed
