Since it's so hard to get into Community Chat forum, I'll wish you a Happy Birthday now in case I can't get back in when your actual day comes along.

 

I agree that you should put aside all your work and just take a nice long break this week to celebrate.  You've been working too hard for too long in this heat.

@geezerette : Thank you. The Bee is the perfect size and so cute. I have been celebrating the whole month. DH was laughing and I said : my other option is to celebrate my age and that would be 71 days.🤓🤓🤓🤓

Yes, most everyone is having trouble getting into Community Chat.  Yet another QVC glitch.  I couldn't get in at all for the past couple of days, unless I clicked on a notification from this thread.  And then I could only access this thread, not the rest of the Community's Chat forum.  

 

This morning I finally managed to get in after a long wait and a lot of patience.  I have no idea if it will improve or get worse as more people come online.

 

Then my Order Status was messed up for a while too.  I'm getting so concerned about the number of "glitches" on this entire website that I decided to cancel my order.  I'm not sure if I'll be ordering again.

More frustration for me. I called the place where I purchased the iPad because no call from them and I really need a protective case. Price $89.99😬. I decided to look on line. I looked and found my model number. Nothing similar to the model number on line to purchase the 2025 case. Their numbers like A2254 : mine like 7E4LL/A😳😳. Plus I wanted a defender case with a screen protector. 
I used my label machine to make labels for the iPad model name,model number,serial number and date purchased to put on the back of my iPad.

I don't think the iPad model number is in the 'about' information in settings.  

Did you save the box it came in?  My iPad box has the model number on the back (in tiny little letters) under its description.  That's where I found mine and typed it in my settings model description along with what is already there so I have both readily available.  

 

From there I could find the case I wanted on Amazon.

 

If you don't have the original box, I'd check the paperwork I got for it.
