Ouch!  A wasp sting near an eye!  I hope your neighbor will be ok.

I can understand if you sis was on pain medication that it could affect her mind.  Pain meds and others like anti anxiety meds can make it difficult to concentrate, more so the older you get.  They can also make you disoriented and off balance which are some of the reasons doctors don't like to prescribe them for seniors.  But do you think that your sis really was taking pain meds?  You sound like maybe you're not sure.

It's a shame you aren't able to go out for lunch right now, but you sure don't want to go if your sis is driving.  I think she's probably lonesome, and I feel sorry for her, but you can't take a chance with her driving.  You can always use the excuse of it being too hot to go out now, or that you don't feel well--both of which are true.

It's a rough summer for everyone!

dear preds  and friends

My friend that had her cancer surgery  yesterday  sent me atext this morning  that they were keeping her today  and maybe go home tomorrow...also one mass was the size of a soft ball 

and the other one size  of a baseball!!!

I went for a  block walk   this morning.

Most  all of  the counties in my part of the state  are under a tornado watch until 11pm tonight.

i watched her years ago getting adicted  to a pain med  and  i spoke to her her husband  about it...and he,well he  made my life miserable  up until he died for talking to him about it.

so yes i believe she is addicted.

oops  i forgot to tell you that my wrist watch  had stopped working this morning  and i miss wearing one!

So,i found one i liked on Amazon  made  just for small wrist so i ordered it,and a few  food items..like brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts,some blueberry ones, enough to have a $35.00 order to get free shipping...of course it was over that amount..

No damage ..not even sure if we had any rain.🤔.if so it was after i went to sleep.

Neighbors swelling finally left from sting by a wasp  near her eye brow..and she called me last night late to ask if i wanted to walk with her...yikkes  it was sooo humid  but we got more than my 4 blocks 

Going to be another hot day here  as its already 80  at 10:45 am  and its sunny.
