Lazy hot day. New red and white lounge dress. Lunch was Mongolian Chicken,  Fried rice , egg roll and one orange. Sunday will be our day for chili dogs.

Spent most of the day looking for best price for nugget ice maker and watching YouTube videos. 

Took a long 2 hour nap......Lazy.

Had a little trouble trying to post: kept showing = Autosaved.

92 degrees yet at 5:30pm!

I want to go and walk 4 blocks but my body says noway!😡

I enjoyed watermelon cut in chunks from Publix as a bogoa. I can't stand and cut up a watermelon.

Good Morning Y'all. Hope everyone is doing good and staying cool. 

DH and I have been very busy purging and reorganizing his tv room that has been needed for several years. He has a massive DVD collection and a lot of books. His book case collasped. It was an old small DVD cabinet that he over stuffed with books. Thankfully that Wayfair had a good 4 th of July sale. I ordered him a larger and more sturdy bookcase but told him that he needed to put it together when delivered. I still need to work on purging my middle room.

I am so proud of DH doing this and willing to donate a lot of items.

We were also dealing with another problem. The last Keurig coffee maker that I purchased for DH : it is nothing but plastic. The lid to the water tank ( can't remember the correct word) is easy to knock off or drop and fall behind the coffee bar which is a heavy old cabinet/ hutch. The fill line is difficult to see and easy to over fill but finally put a sticker on it. So we spent yesterday researching for another coffee maker . Amazon had a prime deal on the Ninja duel brew. Sister in law will be coming over tomorrow. She will help me clean out the coffee bar. We need to determine how to move it closer to the wall and next to the entertainment center to close any gaps to prevent anything falling on the side or back of the coffee bar. Yesterday, DH dropped his long handle grabber while trying to retrieve the lid to the water tank. I was working in his tv room using another long handle grabber and dropped it and could not bend over to get it. DH and I met in the hallway needing help with our projects.

So this morning while shopping on Amazon for my nugget ice maker and purchased one more long handle grabber.

DH and I have both been using Ben Gay and taking extra Tylenol. Getting old is so much fun. What have Y'all been doing?

Not a Amazon prime member  as i don't order often enough to pay for membership  per month or yearly....  so i won't be ordering anything during prime days.

I am having a fibro flare up today ...so unable to even get into shower right now as i need to lift my legs to get into bathbub  to get under shower head...

Need to take a couple of tylenal  and rest on couch  and perhaps take a nap  as i am so tired  and achey today.

My goodness you're a busy bee!  Don't you and DH work too hard.

I've mostly just been hiding inside, out of the heat and humidity.  Being lazy.

@geezerette : Thank you. Yes, hot and staying inside. 

I try to hhelp DH but very careful because of my back. I offer a lot of suggestions on how to rearrange and organize. The bookcase has been delayed in shipping. So my middle room really stuffed with stacks of books. Interesting how while cleaning one area  the whole house  looks like we are major  junk collectors. 

SIL will be here tomorrow to help with the coffee bar. I knew that their ice maker just broke and offered to give her my ice machine. It is like new and works very good. Her reply: we buy a bag of ice every day and it's only $3. 😯😯😯😯🙄🙄🙄My reply: after a month that is $90 for frozen water. That's her business but they have limited income. Last year she finally asked me : how do you make your sweet tea? I told her and let her watch while I was making tea. She had been going to McDonald's twice a day for tea. I told her: very expensive tea because of price and cost of gas. She always : tells her brother -I need to borrow $20 for gas.🙄🙄😯 . Sorry about the venting but things like this really bothers me. Really thinking twice about helping some one because basically they choose not to learn how to budget money.

Her and DH went out to lunch. She text me: what do you want for lunch? Me nothing because I have something in the fridge. I have to give DH money for my lunch because he plays for her lunch and whatever she gets for her DH. My soap opera.

I save my money, Walmart and the especially the Amazon Gift Cards for Prime Day. Last year used some of my Walmart Gift cards for Christmas gifts.Just me and what I do.

I was disappointed in some of the prime deals.
