every time i touch something in public - squirt hand sanitizer

i dont get the flu vaccine or any other.....

i know u are not going out when it is really brrr

but enjoy ur time with nieghbor and pancake for good eatz when everyone is healthy

everyone needs to be out and about - just the social aspect is important

i wish u wouldnt haul ur water down to basement - so heavy and so many steps

find a spot on the ground level - just a thought

ok..i'm thinking where can i place gallons of water in my kitchen???🤔

Right now  i only go to my basement  and bring up only 1 gallon of water up each time...when i take them down..i take many trips down, but not in one day!

From now on i when have  brings water home to me from Walmart  and will have son or grandson take it down to basement for me..and problem solved

I have also stayed home 2 days in a row  as friend hasn't felt good last couple of says..  she had a biopsy  done in her groin area Tuesday.

And i don't want to ride alone with pains cake sister as  last time i think she might have gone through a red lightwhile turning?

I can't be responsible on adivsing   her on  herdriving  when i don't drive  myself!!

I went to bed at 10pm  and after a few min..i was back up wide awake  and its now midnight..sigh

I might not have the answer, but please do Not carry anything down stairs or upstairs that is very heavy.

You could fall and get very hurt.  You could really hurt your back.

I do not know if I told you about a very old friend who got hurt several months back.  She was standing on a chair to adjust a curtain and fell.  Not pretty.  She had so many pain killers at the hospital they kept her overnight.  And we are not kiddies anymore, just in our hearts, not in our bodies.

@cowboy sam : I try to rethink a lot of things on what to do differently to prevent more back injury or accidents. I have purchased a lot of the long handle grabber sticks for each room and need  two more. I can't reach up or bend over and no longer use my step stool. I did purchase a more expensive, wider and sturdy step stool for DH to use when changing light bulbs.

Great decision not to ride alone with pain cake sis. I am really concerned about her driving for her safety and others.

So not fun when we can't sleep.
