@geezerette : Good morning. Currently 45 with high of 75. We turned the heat off yesterday afternoon.

The cubii go- could not figure out how the poster used Velcro to keep the footpad  from falling on the floor. I used a aqua stretch band instead.

I don't understand how some posters say the cubii  isn't that good and a motorized one is better. Used it last night while watching a movie for 1 1/2 hour and completed over 3100  strides. I am sore this morning. In the top and back of my legs,hips and lower stomach. I am on resistance #2. I also know doing something is better than nothing and exercising while watching tv is a plus. Trying to stay motivated and create a habit and routine.

Hi All Preds People!

I think I may be back to the land of the lkving.  Last week I got COVID, and not fun.  I was vaxxed, which does not prevent it,  it lessens it so you do or have to go to the hospital or die.  Must have gotten it from DH, who doe socializing.

I was very sick.

My  brother recently had the flu - not fun!  And he was axxed, too.  My pulmonologist are full of flu patients.

 So I will continue in to be vaxxed I'm the future, because I'd this was a smaller doze, it has gotten my attention.

@PamfromCT : Relieved that you and your brother are better. Many reasons for me to stay in. 

I still have a can of Lysol in the living room and spray whenever anyone leaves. I don't have anything scheduled but will wear a mask .

My pains cake sis  and her neighbor friend had RSV.!!!

.".if" i had it it was a mild case..as i have allegy problems all the  time so not sure?

" Sis " didnot tell us she wasn't feeling good  and asked us to go to lunch with her😡😠

 Sis  went  to  go dr. office for treatment..  and called me to seek attention from n/p. at dr. office !!!

so i called..and  after explaing that i had no fever,etc!   was told as long as i felt ok  . not come to the office  unless i felt sick!

  "sis"   passed it on to  her neighbor , who then  got very sick and went to  the ER   and was told it was RSV  so.couldn't give her any meds because she is on chemo pills!

So much sickness is going around....and glad your felling better now!🤗

Sorry to hear you were so sick.  But I'm glad that you are feeling better now, I hope your brother is too.

My home insurance has gone through the roof the last couple of years.  As well as auto insurance.

@geezerette : Totally agree and understand. I received 3 quotes yesterday and waiting for 3 more.  DH decided to include his car insurance to bundle because not happy with his current provider. They said one problem is because the roof is 10 years old: ok but not replacing until needed.🙄

Please, please, pretty please I pray none of you get sick with this COVID!  Glad I was vaxed, and it "lessened" this.  I think I am doing somewhat better,  I am off Paxlovid now, and now on Prednisone.

Corker is, I live like a hermit.  PT twice a week.  That is it.  Been so cold I stay inside.  I have always been a bit obsessive about everything, but you know!  I take a bucket of vitamins every day.  So much I divide it into three sessions.

I thank our Lord for my blessings.  And for me, with lung issues anyway, for the gift of finding a fantastic woman pulmonologist a few years back.  She listens, she cares, she goes out of her way for you.  Imagine!  

Please mask up if you can when you go out.  I think I mentioned that around our area the hospitals are full of people with the flu.
