@cowboy sam

me no understand what this is....

i know mashed taters... 😂

yum - peppermint ice cream - such exotic flacors and so refreshing in the heat

they must get really delish flavors like an old fashioned ice cream parlor

we had WINDS late afternoon (no rain) -

a tree fell on my subway track - and delayed and delayed

finally got home and usually - i let zoe out into yard and do my thing

i opened the door - saw my large mater plant on the ground

1 branch of another mater broken off

heavy WINDS - i was tying dead knots as quickly as i can to the fence as i didnt want to rely on my stakes only

i was tying like a crazy person - my berries were being blown about

leaves and small branches were kinda busted

i harvested a few more berries in case nothing survived (they did)

i left my frozen food for an hour as i tended to the garden

MATER DOWN takes over a little softened pot sticker (went to Trader Joe's)

i water a lot this morning & they looked so sad like they have been thirsty for weeks

Very humid Smiley Frustratedand overcast today..i walked out to mailbox  and back in...that was   enough humidity for me...i am staying home  today !

I had some store bought frozen pancakes  in my freezer  and thawed out a couple that was my breakfast and lunch.

I watched the Q jewelry show this morning to seePat  and former host Judy Crowell  sp? that was selling her  silver jewelry on the Q today. I liked her ring and earrings   and bracelet but i didn't order them.

Pat was very happy to see Judy  and Judy  replied   that they grew up together on the Q!! and  I wonder if she will return again  as a vender or host.??I hope   that she  does return .

Hi Y'all: My Samsung A10E is charging really slow and have purchase new charger and cords. Also researched info and has received last update. I am researching the Samsung A15 5G and currently on sale with QVC for $132. Phone seems to be smaller : 6.3x3x0.33 that I need for my small hands. Also with 4 years updates. Always something.

Daughter is hinting for a new iphone. She is again behind on her bills. I sent her this phone info and stressed other less expensive phones are available. She sent me info back : don't purchase Samsung because they are known to explode. I told her never heard this. I told her that our expenses are increasing and we decided no more iPad's or I phones because more important to live within your income, pay house payment, pay utilities and food. I will probably be in a lot of trouble. I told DH not to purchase phone for her and I refuse. This month already DH sent money to help with rent, utilities and groceries because she got behind again. Cycle needs to be broken.

Hi to all friends here,

Last night was an interesting night.  Storms were predicted, but the storm that blew through at 77 miles an hour was a winner.  We were one of the communities with more hits.  We had a major storm years back, when we bought a generator.

So, once again, it came in handy.  We are able to save our refrigerated food and stay moderately cool.  Our kids are ok.

Hope you all are ok!  We in CT have so many trees, and prone to much damage.  But we love our trees!  I hope trees will be cleared from some roads, and electricity restored for all.
