I have gotten word Friday that a younger sister 74 years old passed away Friday

Pancake sis has already caused problems for me.Telling me that  our niece  and her dad    don't want me there!

I don't think i will be able to go as the drive is 4 hours away  and wake is Wed. afternoon...then go back to hotel room,

then Funeral Thursday..and not sure if another night stay at motel....then 4 hour drive back!

All that riding,stress from wake&furneral, plus sitting at funeral home  will be good for my fibro  and arthritis in my  neck, back and right hip!

I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister. It does sound like the trip there and back would be very difficult for you.

For the first time,  both my husband and I got Covid. Both vaxed. Please pray for me, I have the worst cough. Was in ER on Friday.

@cowboy sam : Sending condolences for the passing of your precious sister. You have been dealing with so many things and the extra stress and worry but please take care of yourself. Traveling 4 hours and everything in the schedule looks like too much for you to do mentally and physically and then the family drama🙄😮. Probably best for you to stay home. Take the time to remember everything special about your sister and the precious memories.🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏

This has been my experience also. They know they are aggravating you too. I had one squirrel that took a perfectly beautiful plump tomato and placed it on a branch right outside of my window where my computer is. He left it there taunting me until it fell.

Good Morning Y'all. Yesterday was a long and painful day. Was at the orthopedic clinic for two hours. The clinic is named after our famous Doctor that was also known as the best sports specialist and doctor for the Auburn football team and so many other famous athletes.  I enjoyed seeing all the photos of my doctor on the side lines with the teams. This Doctor and another doctor started a cripple children's clinic in my city . I benefited from them and this clinic. I was told that other doctors from different places observed many of my operations for special training.This was back in the 60's thru the 80's.

I really liked the doctor yesterday and he explained everything in simple terms. He stated the spine can't be removed and repaired or made straight in certain areas. My problem is from the hips and tail bone . Standing applies extra pressure from the neck down. My disc are worn out and not much cushion for protection. Not a candidate for surgery or physical therapy. In the process of scheduling a CT scan for more results and info to make special back brace. Prescribed an opioid for pain, read info on this and scared to take it but need something. I will tell DH about this medicine and too keep a close watch on me. Will in future schedule injections. Advised with my medical history to contact my primary doctor since he knows me better, for other possible medications.

I will need to find someone to clean house. I need to call Rebath about the walk in shower, when it was installed they told me : if ever using a wheel chair , they have a different ramp to install and can be done in a few hours.Also researching  something to raise the clothes dryer can't think of the correct word.

The doctor liked my standup walker and stated that's what I needed. Told him that the standard walker made everything really painful.

@cowboy sam : I wish that I could send you this photo frame. Just purchased one for my former housekeeper when her sister passed last week. She stated the photo frame is beautiful. It was purchased on Amazon.
