I feel the same way about you! 💐 It's so nice to feel a connection with people on this board.

I never participated on any social forums until I discovered this one during the pandemic. I never scrolled all the way down the QVC page and was oblivious to this forum. 😝

When I started it was on the Days thread. I was welcomed there, but it wasn't until I went over to the GH thread that I felt a really warm welcoming...from you and some of the other ladies!

As you see this a early message....my 3d time or is it 4th time being up and can't go back to sleep!

Daughter wants me to go somewhere to do something with her around 8:30 this morning!

Did you also watch that movie with my" sam" in it?

I missed his hat from being on his head but he still looks mighty fine and sounds the same🤗

I told my neighbor i watched it and she said she thought he had died this summer...i said...No way!

Sorry you're up so early again. But I understand. Anytime I have something to do or somewhere to go early in the morning I can't sleep. I guess I worry about oversleeping or not having enough time to get ready beforehand.

Oh yes, I did watch your Sam's movie. I've seen it several times before, but I always enjoy it. Your neighbor should have her mouth washed out with soap for shocking you with such news about your Sam!☺️ He does look mighty fine--hat or no hat!😍😉

since the time change - i've been up a lot earlier than normal... sigh

i saw the sam movie yesterday - predictable but enjoyable

regarding the neighbor - there was a hoax that sam passed this summer

i was shocked when i saw it - then upon more research - it wasnt true

a cranky history teacher at a remote prep school is forced to remain on campus over the holiday with students that has no where to go.... i'm sure it is predictable

they both learn lessons - etc

maybe ala Breakfast Club - back in the day

i havent seen her since early aug.... she missed many sessions of knitting

too hot... had appts etc....i went and met up with others

it is chillier today than yesteray - high 40s today

uh i had home made sweat/ sour chicken,rice,broccoli,carrots,mushrooms and had a few

snow peas..that i gave daughter....we ate at a family resturant....so much left over for me to eat a few more meals on...or freeze.

My daughter saw my replaced "preds pink peony Anuschka coin purse and said she loved it and wanted one!

I told her ok but it would be one of her Christmas gifts...she agreed lol!

I was going to order again fromZappos but decided to check out Amazon this time ...i turned down trial of their prime but by waiting and getting it delivered Monday...i was able to get "free S&H!" lol

Hope you and friend enjoyed predictable movie...

Mowing guy decided today was last day for the year for him for mowing all his customers yards.

Good Morning Y'all: Cloudy and fog with high of 79 but suppose to turn cold Friday.

Yesterday, was very frustrating. Woke up very bloated and had appointment with primary care doctor. Took something but didn't help. The scales at the doctors office indicated that I had gained weight. Told him all my issues and he was still not happy with my weight. Really upset when I showed him the rx for bloodwork from the new endocrinologist. He said insurance wouldn't pay for it at his lab.He suggested another lab and I have appointment for this morning. One positive from yesterday, able to get the flu shot .

I was so hungry yesterday and went with DH and SIL to Cici Pizza. She paid for our lunch.😮 I ordered the taco pizza on flatbread crust with no meat, I pretend that it was a salad with a few crackers.😁😁😁. I had a small coke cola and that gave me some relief. I only ate 3 small pieces. Didn't eat anything else yesterday but consumed two glasses of no sugar added cranberry juice.

I am very hungry and can't eat anything until after the blood work.
