the movie was enjoyable - yes there were life lessons

was not as predictable as i thought

for lunch i ate bacon cheeseburger with the fixings

it was very good

my friend had a cheesedog and sweet potato fries

today - i went swimming

trying to get my shopping list together

what i want to prepare and seeing if there are sales for the items

i'm going for my annual physical in dec - every year i gain a few pounds

but they add up - i'm not happy with my weight but i'm not really doing anything about it in terms of my diet - not dieting but my diet

i cook a lot of my foods - which doesnt have a lot of empty calories

i dont make stuff like fries - grilled cheese

my downfall are the snacking and the sweets - chocolate - baked goods - ice cream

i havent bought any chips which i love eating at night

but i keep thinking - wish i had some chips now - the craving have not gone away

i can polish off a bag and it isnt small in 2 or 3 sittings

uh...her neighbor and i don't let her aka stack of flat pancakes get mouthy,etc with us...we gang up on her! Then changes her attitude

My coin purse must have a fan club now...

might need to stop showing it off.. as.pancakes neighbor even commented on it today as i was going to take some money out of it when we were done eating as we laughed about how popular its getting!

I understand!

As we were getting in line to pay for meal today i noticed they had whole chocolate pecan pies for sale and i told pancake it looked good but i wasn't going to buy it....she asked why not ?

Told her i would eat it all ..sigh!

she told me i could freeze some for later...

i replied noway as i wouldn't leave it alone until i ate it all.!...

She couldn't understand why i left it in resturant!

Same as potatoe chips

@Yahooey : Wonderful that you had time and fellowship with your friend.

Food habits are very difficult to change. I am trying to keep my trigger foods or snacks out of the house. If the craving is bad, choose smaller packages, they cost more but less calories and less temptation: easy said but difficult to do. I am trying to stay busy and not focus on food. Stay positive.

Not fair that men make changes fast . DH size around his waist down 6 inches and requested a smaller belt for Christmas. But very proud of him.

Good Morning Y'all: Not excited about how my day has started. Placed Walmart grocery order for delivery this morning. Woke up at 6 a.m. and realized left several necessities off my order. Checked the order and time to add items had expired by one minute. So mad at my self because this will cost me more plus another tip. Started another order but started receiving text that needed to approve substitutes for first order because items aren't available and of course the substitues cost more. Then consider that I had an Instacart delivery yesterday from Publix because needed items were out of stock from Walmart.😮😮

Just made me a cup of coffee. Ok. Rant over.Hope your day is more fun.

Need to look at my checking account balance because it has been flowing like a faucet it's that time of year.
