@Yahooey : Darn . Now me hungry. Your meal sounds delicious. No coffee yet.

The earliest appointment with the nutritionalist is October 20. I finally placed my grocery order with a lot of salad ingredients, chicken and salmon. I will count my carbs, add more protein. Drink more water. Already not eating anything after 8 p.m. I haven't eaten any sweets since Monday. Today will finish my Yoplait yogurt and eat my last muffin. Will start on Monday with healthier stuff. Do more exercise. I will wear my ankle boots while doing stuff around the house to see if that will increase my muscles and strengthen. Trying to create better habits and learn more along the way. Do friends of Preds  want to make any guess at how long this will last?😀

You might want to make you dietary changes slowly.  If you're anything like me, if I make extreme changes they don't last.☺️

Try to adapt what you already eat.  It may be somewhat difficult with your other dietary limitations, but do what you can.  Don't expect to be perfect, just try to do better.

You don't want to have to make two separate meals for your DH and you, so change what he eats to what you can.  (Eliminate the bread if you make sandwiches, or use lettuce (if you can tolerate that) or even a tortilla instead.) It may be difficult for you if he keeps a lot of stuff around that you can't eat, but try to get the attitude in your mind that you're doing this to help you feel better, not to deprive yourself.

Get a list of each of the foods you can eat for your particular needs so you can see what may be on all of them.  Do the same for the foods you're supposed to avoid.  After a while you'll know automatically.  You can Google this stuff.

It feels overwhelming right now, but it will get easier the longer you stick to it.  You can do it!💪
