Good Morning y'all. Hot weather and dealing with afternoon and evening thunderstorms.

Monday was the last day for my friend to be cleaning my house. She also stated her sister will be released from the hospital today. The last test result verified she has stage four lung cancer and will need cancer treatment for the lungs and brain. Verified that 90 % of the brain tumor was removed. Plus she will need speech therapy. Friend will be very busy taking sister to appointments and making other arrangements. Friend stated sister wanted her to arrange and take care of everything for her. They will schedule appointment with a lawyer.Mercy. Told friend to call us for any help and we will continue to pray.

My contractor had to reschedule for next  Tuesday.

DD has job interview next Wednesday in her town. Current employer has hired her replacement and can't keep them both on the job. Praying she gets the job and can start immediately. Praying the salary will be good and including good health care.

I need to pay bills and then order groceries. Friend gave me her cleaning supplies and long handle scrubbing brush to use in the shower.

Any special plans for labor day? Nothing for us. I will probably order a watermon, and honey dew melon.🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🍉🍉🍉🍉🍦🍦🍦

@Yahooey : Thank you. I am very Blessed and thankful. My thoughts are for my friend and her sister, they will be dealing with a lot.

I had mixed feelings about sharing something else with you and all of @Preds and special friends. I received a special blessing this week and can't stop crying. Someone called and wanted to come over for a few minutes. They handed me a card . It included an envelope. It included enough money for the down payment on my laundry room redo. They wanted to remain anonymous. They told me: Please graciously accept this , use it for the laundry room redo and do not give it to DD or anyone else. I couldn't stop crying and shaking. When they left : I continued to cry and pray. I tried to give the special gift back but person replied : please accept because they were being obedient to what they were told to do. God has been so good to me. Praying that everyone can understand this and not be offended or have this post deleted.❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🤗🤗🤗

accept the gift - be thankful

you give to many others and sometimes when u could have given yourself

not for luxury but necessity or small wants

we should always be kind to ourselves

whoever gave this to you know you very well

when they specifically said - do not give to your DD

it is very telling

you put her needs and wants before your own

sometimes we need to be a little selfish

do the laundry room - make it nice - 

you will need to use it as a necessity

your dear friend will no longer be able to clean for you

that is a big undertaking that you will have to do yourself

yes - i know your DH said he will help - i'm sorry to say - i highly doubt that

maybe here and there - but to continually clean is a very hard job

just like cooking - you think - food just appears before me 

it takes a long long time - ordering or shopping for the food

prepping - cooking and the cleaning - i hate the cleaning

so please please please - I dont mean to be harsh

you are such a loving giving person and never put yourself first

this angel thought of you and loves you enough to do this

accept with the grace I know you have always shown to others
