and then in a month.... all the bills and dealing with the insurance

that will make anyone's head hurt

The bundt pans are too heavy for me. I now cook my pound cakes in the loaf disposable pans because for me much easier to put in the freezer.

Waving To Everyone!

Just breezed through your posts trying to catch up!...We were up in Maine over the past week...one of our very special get-away places...and now it is back to reality!

House was power-washed and windows washed yesterday... I made an appointment with a foundation contractor to check out our basement where we had some water come in after so much rain this past Spring/Summer....first time since we moved here about 20 years ago...He will do a complete check on the entire basement area and do whatever is needed to make sure that all is secure.

Then, in September (not sure of the date yet), our painter will be back to complete our painting project and do our great room area.

Then, it will be time for Pumpkins, Mums, and all good things for Fall...one of my favorite Seasons! 😊

@Yahooey ...Wow, what a fantastic trip you had in Seattle with family and friends...definitely a "fudz" delight....such Yummy looking dishes and beautiful weather!...I bet Zoe was filled with lots of loving Purrrrs when you arrived back home!

@SouthernBee ...In trying to catch up with all of the posts, I forgot what it is that you will be celebrating at your Church and wearing the "Big Mama's" outfit?...I know that I have asked before about where the term "Big Mama" comes from, but I have to ask again as I forgot?...Your church activity sounds like fun which you deserve so much with all that you deal with!

@cowboy sam ...I'm trying to remember the relatives that you have living near you...a son, a daughter and also a "pumpkin sis"...lol...Is that correct?...Be sure to take care of yourself and make sure to stay well hydrated in that heat...It also sounds like you have a close neighborhood and neighbors that look out for one another which is a blessing!

@geezerette ...Yikes, I'm so sorry that you are dealing with such heat out in AR...We've had a break out here in the Northeast, thank goodness....Take good care and stay well hydrated and stay in touch!

@Mj12 ...You are blessed to have such a great team of Drs....extremely thorough and determined!...You are most definitely in great hands and all is gong to turn out fine...The worst part is waiting!...We all are here for you!...Sending you lots of positive thoughts and (((((hugs)))))!
