Email from QVC this morning that new cell phone will be delivered on Friday and for me that will be late Friday afternoon.

Yahooey - loved seeing your beans - different kinds.  At our other house we had a pretty good sized garden, and had green and yellow beans.  Here in our townhouse patio, we had peas that climbed up and that was fun to watch, next will be the pole beans.  I have a nice herb garden here also.  Husband is making brisket  for supper on the grill.  I called a couple friends I haven't talked to for a long time, it was nice visiting with them again.

One was a gal who used to drive us girls to the dances before we met our husbands. Fun times. Always old time music.

i always learn from others here and enjoy everyone's progress

i'm not familiar with growing herbs besides basil

i bought a rosemary plant from TJ which is rather inexpensive since i needed it for lamb during Easter and the herb pack is only 50 cents less- i have cut and cut again - 

I'm hoping it will come back next year - it i a perennial but u never know

like a kid hat was too excited - i bought french thyme seeds

only afterwards - have i found out - buy a plant or use a cutting

or start seeds in jan with a warming pad and grow lights - sigh

my chives grew in early spring and have seeded - so that is it?

i put the seeds from the flower into the pot again... live and learn

I find that your dragon tongue beans interesting...and when cooked they are green!

I was given a small jar of black rasberry jam that isn't very thick...the story behind it i was told....:

a husband insisted.. he &his daughter would make it without his wives help!

It turned out runny..!.

wife told my sis that they either left something out of recipe or didn't read instructions!

My sis was given a few jars and she gave me one...i need to buy some ice cream and then have it poured on it...lol!

I uh tried some on toast...nope !

We had a t-storm come through yesterday  and its sooooo humid out  this morning!

I will be in/out next few days...as Curt& wife are in town at his daughters house..he called last night and a little bit ago.

I will be going over to her house later and visit them.
