Still no grocery delivery. Praying for the safety of the delivery driver dealing with stress and Friday afternoon traffic. Also waiting to put night gown on and get comfortable.

Hi y'all: Locally 9:45 p.m. Live chat Walmart indicates order will be delivered today. Store closes at 11 pm. No one answering phone. Concerned about the cole slaw mix and cake. This is never happened before. Received email from WM with $10 off next order😯.

Hi, @SouthernBee.  That's strange.  Wonder if something happened to the delivery person, or the order, and they failed to contact Walmart.  You are so kind to pray for them.❤️

Since the local store isn't answering, how about calling the main, national Walmart customer support on listed their website?

(edited to add:  I looked up the number I've called in the past about questions or problems, it's 800-925-6278.)

Whatever happened, they'll need to get a fresh new replacement order for the missing one.

@dooBdoo : Tried to do another on line chat to cancel the order and not available. Clicked on order information to cancel order and typed in request and reason and tapped send and everything stopped and disappeared. DH said they probably turned everything off.

Went on line to Publix and instacart   and processed order to be delivered this morning and received confirmation email.All of this was tried or done before going to bed.

Just woke up and checked the Walmart site and then the Walmart app and everything about the order was in red letters with the words " delayed". Still unable to access the order information to cancel or do on line chat for help. DH is sleeping so good and difficult to get up and use the phone to try and call the number you suggested. The store where the order was placed will be opened at 6:30 a.m. Will try to call the number you provided.

@dooBdoo : Good Morning and pray you are feeling better.

I called the number you provided. They first mentioned different order and prompted to enter the order number and then told the number wasn't received .Advised they were transferring call and waited 4 minutes and I decided to call back. Finally a very helpful lady. She verified that on her end the requested order cancellation was received. But she would resubmit it along with a refund request. Then this morning will receive a confirmation email and that will start the refund process. I have already received the email.

I checked with Publix and instacart  and that order is being processed with delivery time of 10 a.m. However that darn coconut cake the price was $2.05 higher .😀
