Long story short I am wearing a heart monitor for 2 weeks and have a CAT scan later next week and some other tests. My blood pressure is pretty low. It's all very annoying!

dear preds and friends

prayers  for @Mj12  plus those that need them..

I walked bymyself a bit ago to over priced grocery store...i noticed my Stauffers frozen meals are cheaper there!

At Dollar General store they are$5.00 each.

but at grocery store they are only $3.97 each! i bought total of  7 meals

Breyers Vanilla lactose free ice cream!! yes.i finally did!@7.69 for 1

small container of fresh chicken salad

small container of potato salad

loaf of wheat bread

My freezer bag was full of food!and heavy. ...but i stopped next door to the  hardware store that grandson works at

and

found a matching metal turtle like grandson gave me. I .had a 5.00 coupon and total for it was $27.68

Lets say my back is sore from carrying my items home,.so to relax i had a   small dish  of ice cream with cinommon sprinkled on it...yummy!
