@Bri369 : Thanks. Having trouble posting because the page is scrolling up and down.

Big relief. Diet and exercise started off good until today. Swallowed some milk and a cinnamon roll to hurry and get dressed. Not planning to purchase any groceries until refrigerator issue is solved. 

Just left another message for refrigerator guy to call. They took extended vacation for holidays and suppose to return to work today.

Hi Y'all :Long day. Still haven't heard from refrigerator guy so called an scheduled appointment. Scheduled for Monday between 1 and 5. I totally understand that he is busy and trying to catch up from holidays. But I am past fed up with the refrigerator: afraid to purchase more food, stress trying to cook and not have a lot of left overs. 

Afraid to purchase another refrigerator before talking with him. In my two phone messages asked: his opinion trying to continue repairs and stressed needed his opinion on what brand to purchase.

i continually use the rolling the ball thingy and stretch

and i'm able to walk longer- i still feel pain but it doesnt stopped me as before

hoping in time there will be NO pain

i'm a huge fan of PT - so will be patient and do what needs to be done
