i got the results back from the bloodwork - 

i have gain weight - more than last year which is more than the year before

not happy about it - my triglycerides and A1C went up  - probably bc of the weight gain - my cholesterol went down which i'm really happy about

i'm not on any meds - it is just this weight and i'm short 5'1 and shrinking probably

i havent been walking like i did last year bc i have develop a pain in my heel during the summer - it gets more aggravated if i do long walks -

i still swim and i still EAT more than i should - ice cream not a staple? 😢

I'm in the same boat as you.  A few pounds here, and a few pounds there - the weight just creeps up.  It's so hard to drop even a couple of pounds.  Sorry about your heal.  Keep up with the swimming as best you can.

Oh no!  So sorry about your fridge dying.  I know you've been concerned about it.  Unfortunately sometimes you have to wait until these appliances quit completely before they can figure out what's wrong with them.  And then you have to wait for the repairman!  I hope it's something that can be fixed and won't take long.🤞

As for your dividers with pockets, maybe an office supply place would have something like that?  Or google what you need and see if anything comes up.  Other than that, I have no ideas for you.
