Last weekend we were on a little road trip to the mountains. We stopped at a farming supply store and look what I found. It took all my strength not to buy all of the baby chicks and bring home as pets.

@Yahooey, I can relate to that super chick event. Lovelies are always all-in. No sense in doing anything halfway!

"hi,i have only been home less than a hour and was checking for messages on my computer..ty for thinking of me/us.💓🤗.. and prayers said for us and Had a few miracles from Sat-until today Thursday

Son..is 63 yrs old and wasn't acting right,for balance,talking etc...last Friday the 18th was taken to local hosp 12 miles. from us and didn't do a brain scan..only a x-ray on his hip when he fell because of no balance and waasvery unstable he was sent home with pain pills and told his hip was ok!!😒😕..

.well next morning..this past saturday the 19th..he was worse..in bad shape ..he was taken back to same hospital.grr...and his daughter and wife insisted on a brain scan....so they did...told us bleeding in his brain,and lumps around one side of his neck as lymphoma-cancer and a lump in groin area.!!

Then they decided to send him down to Peoria ,IL to Nur. ICU for treatment.

Curt needed a hole drilled into his skull as it was full of dried blood and a drain put in!!Curt knew us and talked normal to us after pressure was off and that old blood started to drain, then he had another procedure to drain more old blood.. Thank goodness...there wasn't any fresh blood draining into his head at all! They also did a biopsy on the groin lump but results won't be back for a couple of weeks

They were so amazed that he was alive as there was at least 8 days of dried blood in his brain!

Any way We were told yesterday he would be moved out of NEURology ICU to a regular room and be😊 discharged today.

While his wife went to pick him up from the hospital,my granddaughter,my daughter came home ahead of them.

son will be staying at grand daughters in my town for 2 days to rest then go home Sunday to Mo. With restrictions..ride 2 hours...get out exercice,walk around ,etc. as.its close to a 8 hour drive
