@Witchy Woman :I love cinnamon and had some in my oatmeal yesterday and it didn't give me issues. I am really trying to eat healthier. I love vegetables. I was concerned about green beans because recently they are too stringy and can't swallow them.

@PamfromCT : Thank you. Sadly but DH doesn't like cats.Several years ago we had a special friend that wanted to give me a 🐈. Every time that I visited her instead of running to the next room her cat will sit on my feet. Please give Winston a special hug from me.🤗♥️
