I've ordered directly from Lessman's site.  He has great quality vitamins.  I really need to try the Tumeric.  

I've been taking Magnesium and it has really helped with my sleep.  Ashwagandha is also great for sleep.

My Valentine's Day wish is peace.  Just peace.  I doubt that's going to happen any time soon, so my other wish is good bath lotion or bath gel.  That helps me settle down at night.

i have to give zoe something to calm her

i put it in her food - then again in 8 hrs

i wait about 1-1.5 hrs - then feed her as i grab her paws to clip

she still kicks out but does it w/o much conviction - and still eating

in the past we would feed her fav food - mom would hold her still as i go round and round trying to get her paws - sometimes it would take a few tries since she would ignore her food and mom couldnt grab her or kick out really strongly

she is a lil wobbly but doesnt seem so traumatized as w/o the meds as when mom and i did it
