Good Morning Preds and Friends!

Here's your Oh Lawdy for the day.

the funeral was scheduled for this past Saturday.  We left for Ohio Wednesday morning, dropped off the pup at her boarding and got on the road.  Thankfully, didn't get far.  His sister in Ohio called - her entire family has covid.  So we turned around and came home, rescheduled everything.  Having a memorial service now in 2 weeks, so we'll do this all again.

Oh Lawdy is right.  

I hope your SIL and her family are okay.  At least you didn't get there and find out or wind up getting exposed to Covid.

i'm going to order the skin, hair, and skin and read some of the reviews

one mentioned that bc of a supplement she was already taking - which contians biotin and the skinm hair, skin added more biotin - she had side effects

i dont take many - but i also dont do a lot of research

just wanted ur thoughts bc i never really thought about it 

this isnt necessarily biotin - but supplements in general

will google for more info

Good thought on all vitamins!  Can’t be too careful, ‘cause they aren’t totally begin.  Let us know what you discover.

One thing I know about Biotin, it can affect results in lab tests.  I’ve been told to stop taking it at least a week prior to any lab work.

dear preds  and friends

brr this morning...wind chill will be getting colder today thro Friday!

Woke up in kinda a panic around 4am this morning  why?? IDK??

But, i sat on couch and finished reading a new magazine,then returned to bed  and back to sleep until i woke up hearing garbage truck coming down my street so up i got.

Glad you finally got confirmation in writing from your insurance company that you don't owe doctors office any money!

Me,figures that pancake s/i/l/  is afraid to ask you to make her another cake...because if i were you i would say...No! 

She would rather tell your brother as a go between...

tell dh..you are tired of baking right now  and you need a break

Stand your ground  and  say no  making cake for pancake now!

@cowboy sam   I sometimes, also, wake up, almost startled.  Wonder if the body is just saying, ok you have enough.  I'm sure seniors invented the "nap"  LOL.
