the joke is hysterical and loved it

I know about cliarified butter but just never made it -

i am not familiar with ghee although i hear the word in cooking shows

 

dipping lobster in clariifed butter - YUM

i dont cook with a lot of butter but when i bake - watch out

there are 3 lbs of frozen butter in my freezer at the moment

bought on sale
