@Bri369  my husband gets them too!  He takes potassium and magnesium tablets especially when he's been working outside in the heat on the weekends. They help a little but don't prevent them. But they are terrible, aren't they?

We may need special ‘fall down’ protective suits.  Maybe @Yahooey  could knit us some pretty, heavy duty ones, with pads.

I make it a point to have at least one big fall a year.  Just walking across the room, or fighting with the wheelie bin can do it.  I always land ON something, major bruise, muscle loss.

Heat index here today 104 - 107.

Y’all be well, be safe!

@Drythe

Sign me up for one of those suits.  It sounds exactly like what I need!🤕

Heat index similar here today too.🥵

"The Boy in the Bubble".

This reminds me of those rubber suits in the comedy skits bumping each other like Sumo wrestlers.

With my luck, I'd just break my leg--the only part that's not covered!🤣

I'm old enough to remember a John Travolta tv movie - Boy in the Bubble.  Anyone remember that?  I wasn't allowed to watch it but I did and it upset me.

Great minds think alike!

I remember watching it, but it was so long ago I really don't remember the details.

I remember seeing that movie.  I think Diana Hyland was in that movie.  Didn't she and John Travolta fall in love during that movie?

I think I only saw parts of it.  I'm not sure if it was based on a true story.  I only saw parts of it.

@Bri369  yes, she was in that movie, she played his Mother.  He fell in love with his next door neighbor.  I had to look up that actress - Glynnis O'Connor.

I'm in the way-back machine this morning!

He fell in love with Diana Hyland in real life.

Glynnis O'Connor - I haven't heard about her in a long time.  That is going way back.  LOL

I notice my finger will lock occasionally when I'm loading the dishwasher.  I don't know why or how it's doing that.  I have to unlock it with my other hand.  I don't know why it only does it when I load the dishwasher.  It's so random...
