We actually closed Thursday and got back to Ohio late last night. I was cleaning a window above the soaker tub and fell. I'm so stupid! 😣 I have a grapefruit size hematoma on my left thigh and bruised up left arm. 

Iced it last night. 

We have to get internet and TV set up down there and that's been a trying process, so I have been MIA. Oh, and DH got a speeding ticket in Ohio on the way down there. 🙄🤪

So far my walks have been 30-40 min..it depends how i feel.

Sunday, i did better..no huffing@puffing,or blowing my nose,etc.

I had problems when snow started melting with to much moisture in the air.

My goal is to get back to a hour walking with my neighbor.

I think at my age this year i've slowed down in how i walk but if i need to stop to breathe better,etc..friend tells me we will walk to my pace  and distance.

Like you most of time when i get back...kerpunk on my couch and drinking cold water  for awhile..lol
